XBox 360 Loses Yet More Exclusives – Namco 3 coming to PS3
In machinations somewhat reminiscent of Nintendo’s infamous Capcom 5, Namco have let slip that formerly exclusive Beautiful Katamari, Ace Combat 6 and Eternal Sonata are all set for release on Playstation 3.
Whilst this is a yet another blow to the hopes of 360 overtaking WonderSwan sales in Japan, the news was met with a more muted response from the Playstation community.
Ace combat and Katamari were aways going to the ps3 eventually. It`s called timed exclusive. like UT3 used to be before massive delays pushed it into next year.

I doubt a whole lot of people care about those games
I doubt that they really care that the ps3 is outselling them in japan, they are outselling it everywhere else

I love how two formally ps exclusive franchises coming to the xbox first is a good thing to these people. i guess since they don’t have any games, they have tpo make do with 360s sloppy seconds.

Hmm, the ps3 logo seems to have diappeared. look like we keep our exclusives. Oh well. I’m sure the SDF will be happy to keep playing their exclusive titles…oh wait.
The Katamari Demacy series is marking its first time on xbox, so I dont see how its considered a lost exclusive for Xbox if it stays on the playstation. It’s more like its another lost exclusive for Sony… Nice spin though. I dont think anyone will fall for it though.
Update: Beautiful Katamari also making debut on Wii. Another “exclusive victory” for Sony.

I can now pay 400 bucks to play versions of the games that pose no significant upgrade to the PS2 sucessors.
What system are they releasing or have already released on. Answer Xbox 360. Have you noticed the trend, almost all multiplatform games are released first on the 360, they run better on the 360, and they look better on the 360. Oh and the 50 dollars you keep complaining about for xbox live allows microsoft to provide us with an online service that will never be beaten by sony’s home. Don’t hear xbox gamers complaining about paying do you?

Maybe another weapon…maybe some more spells, but the game will still be the same damn thing.
And no, it won’t look much better on the ps3, it’ll be an expanded port…that’s about it.
The loss of these Namco games as exclusives have obviously spelled certain doom for the Xbox 360.
