Ninja Gaiden 2 Announced, met with collective yawns from Gamers.
Ninja Gaiden 2 was recently shown off and was announced to be a 360 exclusive title (for now). Due to the fact that it’s on 360 really shows how the Ninja Gaiden engine is starting to look dated. Ninja Gaiden Sigma, a PS3 exclusive remake of the original Ninja Gaiden, clearly bests it in the graphics category. Hopefully when they announce Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 for the PS3, with full Blu-ray and Home support, they’ll be able to gain back lost interest in this franchise.
Actually it’s being published by Microsoft, which means it’ll never come to the PS3.
That’s fine though. This series has always sucked. Except for Sigma, Sigma was pretty cool.

First of all, Ninja Gaiden Sigma barely looked better than Ninja Gaiden did on the orginal XBox, which is sad considering the PS3 is supposed to be next generation. Why is it that every game thats ported to the PS3 looks worse than it does on the 360. (According to Game Informer) Rainbow Six Vegas, The Darkness, FEAR and Elder Scrolls Oblivion are look choppier, run less smooth and in some instances “look like a last gen port”. It’s ironic how Sony can make first pary games look good, but cant make good gameplay, and the 3rd party games can make goog gameplay, but cant make them look good. lol Maybe its because the PS3 has all that graphical power, yet only 256 MB of memory to wrok with. lol Boy was that a lame decision on Sony’s part. Thats why ypu’ll never see Gears of War on the PS3! The reason the 360 has 512 MB is because of Gears of War!

Dated. There is nothing dated about them graphics. For a bunch of preview screens, those graphics look good enough. By the time Ninga Gaiden 2 ships it will be once again the best looking game not only on a Microsoft Console but any other platform that runs game software. Hope you enjoyed playing a game that I played on my original Xbox 3 years ago on your shiny 600$ george foreman grill, oops sorry about that, computer entertainment system.
Good argument, Sigma was great because it was an expansion of the turd that was the original. I wish that Microsoft would have taken the time to re-make the game. They could’ve added, like, new costumes and weapons and enemies and stuff. What would a wonderful game like that be called…?
