First one didn’t suck. Red Orchestra on PC has the same rating as the original Kill zone but yet it one multiplayer game of the year Red Orchestra did, and the game of the year award by the Wargamers union. Reviews are not trusted they are all bias you know. Killzone has a very good following just like Halo does, problem is, Halo gets the marketing up the wazoo, and it is perhaps the only reason Xbox the original even survived the last generation, because it was so over hyped, when I found most Ghost Recon games on the old XBox far more fun than either Halo 1 or 2.

Um, lots, if not millions of people. Halo was never supposed to be a blockbuster hit, but guess what, it was. I had a playstation 2 before i got my xbox, i thoguht it was ok but nothing that great was out for it. Then that christmas morning i found out my parents got me a xbox with Halo:CE. It was Far better than any game ever released on the ps2. When i found out that they were going to make another one, i couldnt wait. Im sure lots of other people were hooked before all the hype.

Xbox fans are here to read the funny reviews of Bioshock, Halo 3, and Lair (throw in Heavenly sword too)
Plus the fact that they took the graphics Pre-beta and compared it to a CG gameplay video, nice try SDF, but you fail yet again.

I love the way that they showed the worst of worst graphics they could find on halo 3, including pre-alpha graphics(thats right – place holder graphics before they even start implimenting the real thing), and then compared it to the graphics of a game that comes out a year later – and then decare it “the winner.” This is supposed to de-hype people?

Reality check:
1) No one likes halo 2 for it graphics. No one ever mentions anything about its graphics when they talk about it. What people want in this case is gameplay.
2) If graphics is the yard stick by which you measure how good a game is then we should all drop out consols and buy the latest PC. Wait till some new footage of Crytech comes out – if your a graphics whore then you gonna wet your pants.
3) Graphics get old. Graphics get way old. How long would Killzone be the new kid on the block anyway? Even if halo 3 had absoulty nothing online to go before it dies out… and beleive me… it has ALOT of promising new MAJOR features over halo 2.
4) How can one game be “the winner”? If two great games come out, and one is better than the other, then what is our end result? We have two great games to play. There is no such thing as a losing game.
