Sales Chart Update: Uncharted 2 defeats the Wii
The Slim Effect™ has taken the United States by storm. The new PS3 Slim is selling out nationwide, Uncharted 2 is topping every sales chart there is and 360 is losing major momentum going into the fourth quarter.
Not only is Halo 2.5: ODST already being discounted $10 but Forza 2.5 has failed to gain any momentum despite being weeks away from release and the 360 Elite Modern Warfare 2 “meh-gaton” seems to be a complete failure.
The year of the PS3 continues…

As far as it being the year of the PS3, anyone with a brain can see otherwise. You had, what, two games this year? Ignoring LBP and InFamous the showing from Sony this year has been very very weak indeed. The absolute failure of the PSP Go is just the icing on your fail cake.
If the ps3 is having a terrible year than i just cant imagine the 360′s year.
You know, these are as of like, the current hour and not overall. So it doesn’t surprise me at all that a game that comes out tomorrow is getting a ton of sales considering I think Amazon is offering same-day delivery on those games. I’m sure a week after the game is out, it will fade into obscurity, similar to how ODST did.
So…what are the real same numbers? I don’t see any. And the Slim’s lead has all but faded. Famitsu, one of the most xenophobic publications of all time gave Forza 3 all 9s.

As of writing this the Wii Fit Plus has overtaken Uncharted on the Amazon ranking. That was short lived now wasn’t it?

So what are the REAL sales figures? your comparing how many games of Uncharted 2 were sold against how many MW2 360′s were PRE-ORDERED?! Why are you comparing a game to a console? you might as well say that Uncharted 2 is outselling guinea pigs!! if you are going to compare things, they need to be alike and you cant base it off one source like Amazon. On that note lets see the REAL sales figues on the PS3 vs the Wii or 360. or lets see the REAL sales figures on ODST vs. Uncharted 2. and before you call me a fanboy know that i have a PSP, PS3, xbox 360, and a game cube. i’m pretty well rounded.
