Due to the massive influx of mail we’ve received since SDF 2.0′s takeover of the gaming media we’ve decided to reopen and revamp our mailbag section. Here are just a few of the hundreds of letters we’ve received in the past few days alone.

Turn 10 is trying to sell you a product of course they are going to spew hyperbole like “definitive racing sim.” That’s why you need to go to unbiased gaming resources, like SDF, to get the truth. And no, we won’t stop posting until the gaming media follows our lead and provides fair and balanced coverage of the video game industry.

I used to be a huge 360 fanboy, i paid for live and i even bought avatar clothing (rofl) but after reading your coverage and revealing the truth to me i gotta say im done with MS. last week i went out and bought a ps3 slim and ive not turned on my 360 since. with games like uncharted 2, infamous, god of war 3, gran turismo 5, trico, demons souls and the rest, how could i possibly go back to 360 lol

Also some people of the above bring up a good point. Bring yourselves to task SDF and stop posting shit from Sony’s mouth as though it were gospel.
Furthermore why does all the screenshots of Forza 3 on any other site other than this one look so much better than any of the bullshit you post? And why haven’t you posted any of the glitch footage of GT5 on this site? It isn’t hard to find. There is many many many videos of it.

I have always believed that you don’t get any emails from any1?
I’m a simulation-fan. Most of the time i play those with PC like iracing, Rfactor, etc. Huge list. Played so huge amounts that this new G25 is my 5th. Got it cheap so have to buy one.
Only thing that makes GT5 better is the support for good wheels. Forza got one good but still waiting my fanatec order. But both games are quite great for console-simulation.
If you bash other you will bash both. PD got lot to loose because they have spended so much time and money on that game that if it isn’t perfect then it’s just wasted time and really even if it’s good game it’s still isn’t enough. Thx to Forza 3 and other driving games in consoles GT5 will have improved dmg and more. If you bash those you don’t show any respect to their hard work that have helped PD to understand what players want. Originally GT5 was just GT4 with better graps and that would have been huge fail.
Please for one time play the game and look for yourself. You don’t need to be huge idiot.

Okay so now that THAT is out of the way, let me get back to what I was stating in previous threads.
I am a PS3 owner, but I prefer the 360. Some among you tried to say that this is impossible, thus I probably don’t own a PS3. Well sorry you are wrong.
Secondly, despite being a PS3 owner I have no desire whatsoever to play Uncharted 2 or even know anything about Demon’s Souls. Many seemed to think that this was merely a case of “sour grapes” due to not having a PS3 so pretending I wouldn’t like them in response. This again has been proven false.
So to you SDF writers and to you shoeless Patriot hat wearing fanboys, what do you say to someone who has what you consider so great and says “meh”?

I am not too interested in Demon Souls..apparently the game came be rather unforgiving…a game that makes you die constantly by pure chance is a cheap way of extending game time. Not interested. As for Uncharted, what didn’t you like about the first one? I was hooked on it until I actually beat it. I am not a big fan of 3rd person shooters with a gamepad, but it managed pretty well I’d say.
From what I’ve heard from friends who bought Demon Souls was it suffered from old-school SNES style RPG tactics…namely. one specific enemy can cast 4 instant kill spells in a row knocking out your entire team before you have a turn. That kind of crap, though applied to a totally different style of game.

The gunfights mostly. I mean this cover fad that is in games now is all well and good when implemented well. But I spent most of the game shooting at Spanish voices rather than at actual people. When there was no more yelling I knew I could get on.
I mean the story was great and everything. And I wanted to see more and more of it. But I soon became keenly aware that I found that I was punishing myself with these annoying gun fights to get to more story. The gameplay itself was a hurdle rather than an interest. As where the story was like an ambrosia cored tootsie pop covered in a ball of shit of the gameplay.
As far as Demons Soul’s. I don’t know anything about it, don’t want to know.

in metacritic gave forza 3 92 and who ever gave it a 1/10 was drunk
